Why do so many people now replace their LED lights?
The most important reason is to improve driving safety! We hope to be able to see the vehicles, passengers and obstacles on the road more clearly and without glare while driving.
Of course, LED lights themselves have many advantages!
For example, compared with the original halogen lamps, LED headlights do not contain mercury and are more environmentally friendly. Its consumption is only 1/10 of that of halogen lamps, and its service life is very long, some of which can even reach 10w hours. Even if you want to replace your car, you don’t necessarily need to replace the headlights!
So, how to choose LED headlights?

1. How to choose an LED headlight suitable for my car model?
When choosing LED headlights, we mainly start from the model, brightness, color temperature, light shape, life and other aspects.
① Model
Not all lights can be replaced at will, please make sure to confirm the headlight model first! Determine whether it matches the internal system structure of the car!
Find your car manual or user manual, and you can directly find the model of your car headlight.
Halogen lamps and LED lamps have the same model specifications, so when replacing, just compare them directly.
② Brightness
The brightness of the headlight depends on the brightness of the lamp beads, which is mainly judged by the lumen value.
The higher the lumen value, the greater the brightness, but the lumen value is not the greater the better.
If the lumen value is too high, the power will be greater, the temperature generated will be higher, and the loss to the lamp itself will be greater!
In general, the recommended range of lumen value is as follows:
The low beam is 3400-5400lm;
The high beam is 3400-5900lm.

③ Color temperature
Different color temperature values will significantly affect the penetrating power of light! The larger the color temperature value, the weaker the penetrating power of light. For example, white light has weaker penetrating power, while yellow light has stronger penetrating power.
For bad weather conditions, light with stronger penetrating power can more easily help us see the road conditions.
If you observe carefully, you will find that fog lights must be yellow light, because foggy days must have strong penetrating light assistance.
The optional colors of headlights are relatively more, white light, yellow light or yellow-white light are all OK.
The color temperature ranges corresponding to these colors are as follows:
White light: about 6000K;
Yellow light: about 3000K;
Yellow-white light: about 4500K.

④ Shape
This refers to the shape of the light produced by the headlights.
An excellent light shape generally has a clear light cutoff line, which will not dazzle the drivers of oncoming vehicles, and can also illuminate a wider road in front of the car, reducing the driving blind spot.
